A good honest decorative antique pitch pine / mahogany specimen cabinet. Dating from the late 19th century. Featuring 10 drawers with turned handles. This cabinet would have been used by a museum or collector to mount moths, butterflies or insects for display. 

There are age related marks, scratches and dinks, these have all been polished in over the years preserving it's past and all adding to the look of the cabinet. A couple of drawers have small losses to edges and one handle is a replacement.  The inside of the drawers show signs of use, the last two have lining sheets as these drawers still have the remnants of the old liners. The first 3 drawers have a single partition through the drawers. The drawers glide well. A great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
