A superb, Royal Society of Medicine reverse painted pink glass with gilt detailing Peruv Bark apothecary jar of considerable size.

This type of jar was produced in limited quantities to commemorate the 150 year anniversary of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society having been founded in 1841. In excellent order, this is ready to grace any collection.

Overall good vintage condition. There is rubbing to the gold leaf. No chips or cracks.
