Early Terry Herbert 1227 Anglepoise

Mid century older type cream Terry Herbert Anglepoise desk lamp, featuring rolled shade rim and metal spacers (later models have plastic ones), with new safety bulb and plug.

The lamp has marks, tarnishing, chips, scratches and wear from age all adding to it's vintage charm. The Shade is slightly misshaped and has a dent to the rim on the top left of the rim which has been hammered out at some point. The articulation all works well, except the shade which from a horizontal position wants to tilt forward. Overall a good example of an older version of the 1227 Anglepoise.
