Stunning set of 4 original 1960 hide and delicate chromed steel chairs by Italian makers Dal Vera, by Charlotte Perriand for and used in the Ski Resort Les Arcs. These chairs were commissioned to be made by DalVera. Very nice delicate chrome tubular frame with thick brown leather seats.
The chrome frames have tarnishing, they could be polished up if desired but we have left them as they are to maintain their patina. The leather is in good condition with signs of wear including marks and scuffs, the raw backs show staining on the back and under the seat. The leather colour is a slightly different tone on 2 of the chairs. The finish is not raw hide on the fronts as with some examples of these chairs, please check the photos. Overall a great set of iconic chairs that would add interest to any home.
